The design merges furniture with a skateboard ramp, creating a unique interaction between skaters and the audience. The focus is on allowing those seated on the bench to experience the thrill of skateboarding motion, blurring the lines between spectator and participant. The structure, typically hidden, is intentionally exposed. The chair mimics the ramp’s structure and can be removed from the ramp, revealing the scene behind it. This approach emphasizes the dynamic relationship between the furniture and the skateboarding environment.
